• Account information: Your email address, used for account identification and critical service notifications.
• Encrypted vault data: The contents of your vault, which are encrypted end-to-end on your device before upload. We cannot read this data.
• Service metadata: Operational data such as vault creation date, executor email addresses, and access logs needed to deliver the service.
• Payment information: Transaction records processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve the IfGone service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Encryption and Security

All vault contents are encrypted using AES-256 encryption on your device before being uploaded to our servers. The encryption keys never leave your device. This means that even in the event of a data breach, your vault contents would remain unreadable.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your vault and all associated data directly from the service. Upon deletion, all data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your vault is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days, with the exception of data we are legally required to retain.
